DHgate Review

I recently decided to buy a few things from DHgate, as you may probably know DHgate is a portal where you can buy single or wholesale items at a very competitive price. Depending on where you need items shipped they can sometimes be shipped for free, otherwise shipping can be as much as twice if not more that the actual products.

Well I decided to buy a few rose ring boxes to sell for Valentines Day as it was a month away, I placed my order on the 10th of January, after a week went by I sent them a message to ask why it had not been shipped? I got no response apart from they cancelled the order! I was a little upset, as I got no explanation but DHgate are supposed to refund me the money within two business days. I am supposed to get my money by tomorrow but as it will be Saturday it seems Monday is more than likely.

Before I purchased from DHgate I must say that I didn't really review them and just ordered a few things blindly. I have two orders I am awaiting, a lot of Valentines Cards and some lingerie, the prices were very competitive that's why I chose them. But after reading a few reviews I am a little anxious. Many people have reported problems with DHgate such as failing to deliver and fake sellers. I have read that DHgate are full of spammers and sellers that pass off fake imitation goods as the real thing. I would never try to buy a branded product off this site but I have heard of many that have been fooled into thinking they're getting a good deal.

Well I find DHgate to be a little expensive compared to some other wholesale websites and also they have very little products available. DHgate was the first place I stumbled upon when searching for a wholesaler that's why I ordered from them. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the way my order has been handled. I get no emails from them apart from telling me my order has been despatch, my other supplier sends me regular emails and updates about things that I have ordered, customer service is very bad!

I will not be ordering from them again and just hope that they stay true to their word and refund me my money!
