Pointy shoes!

For a few weeks now I have notice that pointed shoes have become popular, all celebrities seem to be wearing them, of course theirs are designer shoes that cost thousands. When I do a little search there are not that many that are nice enough for me to buy but I think its because the high street haven't picked up on this yet.

 I was looking for some shoes the other day when I came across these really funky boots. I thought they were so cute and original, I have never seen them in shops though. When I enquired they range from £18 - £50 which can be pretty expensive for a pair of plastic boots.

I recently went to a wedding that was held in a villa on the beach, what the invite didn't say was that it would be held in a Marquee next to the villa on the beachfront. Aaargh, as soon as I stepped out the car my lovely stiletto's just sunk into the sand, I could barely walk. Then I saw many other guests wearing flat shoes and sandals, I was envious that they could walk. My first thought was, 'why didn't they lay something down for people to walk on?' But I suppose it was too much work and costly, after struggling for awhile I just remained seated while the celebrations were going on.

I have never really needed control knickers but just before I got pregnant I saw that I was a little bigger than what I usually am so decided to get some control pants. They were like high waisted knickers that stopped just below the bust. I only wanted a smoother silhouette, they were terrible, they kept rolling down so not exactly seam free and invisible, I was forever adjusting them! Then a little while later I got pregnant and forgot about them. Then one day when I was around 8 months pregnant there was a sale on Spanx shape wear, I knew that I wasn't going to snap back into shape so I decided to invest in a pair.
