I have never really needed control knickers but just before I got pregnant I saw that I was a little bigger than what I usually am so decided to get some control pants. They were like high waisted knickers that stopped just below the bust. I only wanted a smoother silhouette, they were terrible, they kept rolling down so not exactly seam free and invisible, I was forever adjusting them! Then a little while later I got pregnant and forgot about them. Then one day when I was around 8 months pregnant there was a sale on Spanx shape wear, I knew that I wasn't going to snap back into shape so I decided to invest in a pair.
Although a little difficult to get into (I was a size 12) they were well worth it! All my lumps and bumps smoothed out nicely and my clothes looked nice and not frumpy and fat. I definitely recommend them, I have tried a few unbranded shape wear products but I found Spanx to be the best!

Its pretty funny to see that even the slimmest celebrities feel like they need Spanx, if that is so then there's hardly hope for the rest of us is there.
