Three dot eyeliner pen

I came across Clarins three dot eyeliner that is supposed to be a limited edition eyeliner, it costs around £20. After a little research I have found that the three dot eyeliner has been circulating for a few months and this surprised me because I discovered it months ago. As you know I am very much into Korean make up brands at the moment and I discovered the three dot eyeliner a few months ago whilst I was searching for some new make up brands for me to try out.
